Bookplate of George D Harvey

Biography not known

I have seen a copy of this bookplate on ebay in a copy of Tales of My Landlord, by Walter Scott, 1823.
Also known on a copy of Ivanhoe, by Sir Walter Scott, 1821.  This book also has the inscription: '1823 The marriage of George D Harvey esq. To Miss Wigan both of Stanmore Middlesex'.
