Bookplate of Rev William Heath

 Vicar of Inkberrow, Worcestershire, from 1792 to 1830.  May have also lived near Norwich in Norfolk at some point?  He had a daughter, Joahanna, who married John Hopton Forbes in 1818.  William is also known to have had a son John Coussmaker Heath.
