Possibly, son of John Bibby, of Hart Hill, Liverpool, J.P. Lancs., who died 1883, and Anna Maria Emily Fleetwood HESKETH, b. 26 May 1829, m. 19 April 1860. By Royal Licence of 29 June 1907, Charles was authorised to discontinue the surname of BIBBY and to assume in lieu thereof the surname of FLEETWOOD, and the arms of Fleetwood quarterly with those of Hesketh. This bookplate may be prior to the change - the arms are quartered with what may be those for Bibby.
