Sold by Christies 8 July 2011, Lot 36.  Described as:
John Theodore Heins, Snr. (1697-1756 Norwich).  Portrait of Master Harry Spark Patterson (1725-1764), three-quarter-length, in a grey coat, feeding three doves on a ledge, signed and dated 'Heins fec 1729.' (lower right) oil on canvas 30 1/8 x 25 1/4 in. (76.5 x 64.2 cm.) in an English 18th Century carved and gilded frame, with inventory number '26'. (www.christies.com )

Also sold by Christies in 2005 but listed with a date of 1722 instead of 1729.
